About Velora
What does Velora do?
Velora sets the table where your people gather — linens, place settings, soft light, décor, setup and breakdown — so the evening starts when they sit down, not when you finish arranging it.
Where does Velora serve?
New Jersey and NYC. In Millburn, Short Hills, Montclair, and Summit — and across Essex and Bergen Counties — celebration often lives at home. Travel is included in Essex and Bergen; for NYC and other areas, we quote travel before you confirm.

What are the package prices?
Intimate (2–5) from $395 · Gathering (6–10) from $650 · Celebration (11–16) from $950 · Signature from $1,750. Fresh florals are an add-on.
How much are florals?
Fresh florals in vessel: Intimate +$150 · Gathering +$200 · Celebration +$300.
Does Signature include florals?
Yes — Signature includes florals in vessel among its pillars. Peak holiday nights are served by The Holiday Table instead.
The Holiday Table
What is The Holiday Table?
Peak holiday nights get their own table — palette, fresh florals in vessel, layered candlelight, place settings, setup and breakdown. $695 for six, or $995 for up to twelve. One price, everything on the table.
When should I reserve for holiday occasions?
Reserve-by dates on the site: Diwali by Oct 10 · Friendsgiving by Nov 1 · Thanksgiving by Nov 8 · Hanukkah by Nov 15 · Christmas Eve by Dec 5.
Founders’ 10
What is Founders’ 10?
For the first ten hosts on non-holiday dates: Intimate $350 or Gathering $575. Cap of ten — ends when filled or November 1, 2026, whichever comes first. Not combinable with other offers; florals at the standard add-on.
How reserving works
How does reserving work?
1) Share your gathering — date, occasion, who’s coming. 2) We shape the plan with you and confirm the package before anything arrives. 3) Velora sets the table; you host.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 7 days in advance for standard packages, 10 days for The Holiday Table, and 14 days for Signature. Rush bookings may be possible if the calendar allows.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves the date; the balance is due 72 hours before setup.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
One free reschedule 72 or more hours before setup, subject to availability. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows. See service terms.
Does Velora provide food or catering?
No. Velora styles the table; food and drink come from you or your caterer. Our Signature package includes coordination with all your vendors, including catering.
